Earlier this year, we hosted an event; "Workplace wellbeing with Mind" which was presented by Sue Gray, an independent psychotherapist, consultant and trainer at Mind.

Sue presented Mind's 'Emotional Needs & Resources Model' which are 12 emotional needs that all humans need to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives. It was incredibly insightful and gave everyone lots of practical tips to help us empower and feel more in control of our mental health.
