We have just taken on a fantastic 6-month FTC for an Administrative Assistant in a great Private Equity firm, based in Marylebone. This is an excellent opportunity to get a taste of the world of Private Equity at the highest level and gain essential experience in the field.
The key responsibilities will revolve around providing administrative support to the office and making sure any overflow work is taken care of. The role will include scheduling and coordinating international and domestic travel, so previous experience dealing with complex travel itineraries is preferable. The role will also provide a float cover to the EA team and will involve diary management, so it is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate to gain executive support experience.
We are looking for a switched-on Administrative Assistant and a graduate with excellent attention to detail and strong MS Office skills. An adaptable, can-do approach, as well as a calm attitude and excellent communication skills are vital to be successful in this role.
