We have just taken on a fantastic Administrator role for one of our top clients! They are a private equity investment firm based in stunning offices in close proximity to Liverpool Street station. They are paying up to 30k for the right candidate with an amazing benefits package on top.
The main responsibilities will include co-coordinating diaries, travel and general administration for the for the Executives in the Client Services team. The successful administrator will also be running various weekly reports, keeping the contact database up to date and organising annual investor meetings.
The sucessful Administrator will have proven experience in diary and travel planning and have a great eye for detail. They are looking for someone who is hard working, positive and highly organised.
