We have just taken on a fantastic Client Associate role working for a lovely Investment firm based in Victoria.
They are looking for this person to start in January so you should be either be immediately available or on short notice.
A normal day to day will include:
- Communicating with clients, taking detailed and accurate phone messages and monitoring multiple inboxes.
- Keeping the team informed on all client engagement with action points.
- Electronic client filing, scanning and using the CRM.
They ideal candidate with have atleast 3 years in a support role, have an exceptional attention to detail and have a high level of customer service with the confidence to speak to people at all levels of seniority.
