Are you a fantastic organiser with experience managing multiple diaries, perhaps as a PA or Team Assistant, but also with a thirst for something more? We’ve just taken on an incredible and unique new role at a rapidly growing private equity firm with stunning offices based in Marylebone. They’ve grown from 30 to 80 people in 3 years, which clearly demonstrates their ambition as a company. Although they’re rapidly growing, there’s still an absolutely lovely team culture, where everyone is extremely open and communicative.

THE ROLE

This is quite a unique coordinator role where you will support the Value-Add function team who are based in London. The Value-Add team currently make up of three full-time professionals and seven part time professionals. The team are made up of a group of very experienced, board level professionals who have had experience working for very successful businesses at the highest level. They are responsible for providing additional support to the directors of the portfolio companies and growth in sales is matched with solid infrastructure and operations.

This role is extremely varied and the main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries and organising internal and external meetings
  • Coordinating conferences, events, working lunches and dinners
  • Booking travel
  • Managing key supplier account relationships, updating the database, project tracking and logging executive profiles.
  • Supporting the team in tracking projects and creating presentations
  • Other functional support as required
