The Client

A unique opportunity working for a Mayfair based Asset Management firm who are in a really exciting stage in expansion.

The firm are market-leaders with a global presence who are continuing to develop and gaining first class reputation! The culture here is excellent and they really pride themselves on it. It’s extremely flat, open and non-hierarchical, everyone’s opinion is heard.

The Role

The role is working within the Client Services Team and is based around their CRM system; they are looking for someone to become a super-user and coordinate a number of different workstreams centred around this.

·      Firstly to expand its usability, liaise with external consultant to make improvements, data curation, track event invites and RSVPs, log inbound investor emails.

·      Secondly to coordinate all administration and logistics around fund closure, managing the anti money-laundering process, giving portal access to correct users, liaising with investors to ensure all documentation is up to date.

·      This role would also be responsible for audit requests and confirmations, monitoring the audit inbox and liaising with investors to fulfil requests.

·      Lastly there will be additional project work around client services and involvement in event and conference coordination. There is loads of scope to develop this role and it is a really exciting opportunity.

The Person

This can be a highly pressurised and deadline driven team so someone who can operate at a fast pace and remain calm under pressure is key!

Previous experience of using and managing a CRM system within a financial services organisation would be invaluable. 

Otherwise someone who loves learning, enjoys taking ownership of a project, is confident liaising across all levels to ensure processes are followed and is happy implementing new ones and training the team.


Benefits include: Discretionary bonus, private healthcare, 10% pension, 25 days holiday, season ticket loan, LTIP Bonus scheme. Hours are 9-6 with some flexibility, it would be an office based role.
