We have just taken on a Desk Assistant role with one of our favourite clients who are based a couple of minutes from Liverpool Street Station! They are a very down to earth firm who work hard but look after their employees, there are roughly 100 people in the lovely London offices. They are looking for an Assistant who will be supporting the Institutional Equity Sales team, including the Head of IES. There are approximately nine in the team who all sit together and there is a very flat structure.

The role

The role will consist of assisting with the planning of roadshows, diary management, making travel arrangements and producing itineraries, expenses and various other ad hoc administrative tasks. A proactive approach is essential, as well as willingness to learn, drive and strong IT skills.

The candidate

In return for your hard work they are looking to pay up to £29k for the right candidate. They also offer excellent benefits including:
