We have just taken on a fantastic 12 Month maternity cover contract for one of our favourite Private Equity clients based in St. James’s. The role is traditional and the chosen candidate will be supporting at team of three with diary management, organisation of complex travel itineraries, expenses and general ad-hoc duties.
The company is a highly respected global Private Equity firm with offices based US and Asia. It is a fantastic company to work for, with a lovely culture and and emphasis on the development of their employees - demonstrated in its extremely low turnover of staff. The chosen EA will be supporting a small but friendly team who are heads down and hardworking but also have a sense of humour so they are looking for someone who can fit in and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, be self-motivated, passionate and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Previous experience working in a similar organisation is advantageous.
