Temp EA & Office Manager Role
Soho, New York
$28.85 per hour ($60k equivalent)
We’ve just taken on an incredibly exciting ongoing temp booking at a rapidly expanding technology company with offices in New York and Europe!
The team is looking for someone to work in their Soho office in New York as an EA & Office Manager. Great opportunity to jump in and really make the role your own!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Facilities management (getting the office Covid safe, creating processes, installing screens, hand sanitizer etc.)
- Managing suppliers
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Assisting with the terrace build out
- EA duties: assisting with scheduling for some of the Executive Team
The team is getting ready to properly return in September. As a result, they need the office to be prepared and a system put in place to manage things once they come back.
The NY team has around 40 people and the office fits around 22 so people will be coming in on a hybrid/rotational basis.
The successful candidate will:
- Be immediately available
- Be a self-starter, confident, personable and be able to hit the ground running
- Have at least 1-2 years' experience
- Ideally be degree educated
- Have experience with Zoom, Google Suite and Slack. Experience with Greenhouse would be a beneficial but isn't necessary
- Be fully vaccinated - the client is requesting this of all of their staff so everyone feels comfortable coming into the office
- Start date: ASAP
- Rate: $28.85 per hour (hourly equivalent of $60,000)
- Duration: Ongoing
- Hours: 9am – 5pm
- Hybrid: minimum of 3 days per week in the office
