EA and Office Manager
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established Private Equity and Venture Capital firm, based in the US, who are expanding their London office and making exciting developments here!
Although currently a small office, it is growing and this is a true lynchpin role, working as EA to a key Director and taking on the Office Management.
EA support will cover diary and meeting management, busy travel coordination, arranging lunches, processing expenses and liaising across the different offices and with external stakeholders.
In addition to this they are looking for someone to take on a really proactive role with Office Management.
This requires developing new policies and procedures and coming up with new ideas both on a functional front and around culture and well-being.
You would be a key point of contact for finance, IT and HR queries and able to escalate these accordingly, on-boarding new starters, managing contracts, training schedules, team socials and events and more.
There is plenty of scope to grow the role as the organisation continues to expand in London and it is a hugely exciting time to join this global business.
You will be well supported and be part of a very upbeat and collaborative team.
We are looking for someone with a positive, muck in attitude, excellent communication skills, a very efficient approach and someone who can use their initiative to present new ideas, listen to feedback and take the lead on making the office a fantastic place to work!
