We have a fantastic role for an experienced people manager, to become an EA Manager at a private equity firm based in Central London.
The successful EA Manager will be responsible for managing 45 secretarial staff and duties will include; managing work load distribution, holiday applications, appraisals, mentoring and training programmes to name a few!
The client is looking for an EA Manager with an adaptable, collaborative and positive management style. You should be able to keep a cool head under pressure, have gravitas and be approachable to all stakeholders across the business.
You should also be able to demonstrate extensive people management skills, and will have experience managing 20+ secretarial staff. Experience working within the financial services sector would be advantageous.
This is a fantastic role and for your hard work the client will pay up to £60k depending on experience, plus some fantastic benefits including 30 days holiday, great pension and medical cover. The core hours are 9 - 5:30, but flexibility will be required at times.
