A leading private equity firm with stunning Mayfair offices are looking for an EA to join their team. They are our one of our favourite clients and the staff turnover is very low due to the amazing culture there. It is a very hardworking and fast paced environment but very down the earth. The team are lovely and it is a great opportunity so the position will be filled quickly!
The successful EA will join the team supporting the Investment Director and four associates. The role itself is traditional and fast paced, where responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive travel management
- Diary management
- Setting up video calls & conference calls
- Booking meetings
A strong team player is essential at this firm as well as someone with a flexible attitude, highly organised and proactive. On top of this they are looking for an EA who is hardworking, who can think on their feet and who is always willing to muck in. Proven experience in a similar role is required and experience in the Private Equity/Investment Banking industry is strongly preferred.
The core hours will be 9.00am - 5.30pm or 9.30am – 6.00pm and they will pay a competitive salary for the right candidate. There are some amazing benefits to go with it, which include:
