We've taken on a new role which has so much scope with it - it’s a varied role with a really friendly and exciting company. They are looking for someone who wants to grow and develop and it's a great opportunity to get experience supporting at C-suite level.
The company are a private equity firm with a small, tight nit office of 9 in Mayfair and describe their culture as family like and collegiate – everyone gets on really well and supports each other. Although they’re not a start up, they have a start up feel to them where everyone mucks in and there’s lots to get involved in.
The role is supporting primarily the CEO with some lighter support to the COO. They are also looking for someone to act as Office Manager and be a lynchpin for the office.
Once their office re-opens, they are going to continue to offer flexible working and it’s likely they will have 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home to allow everyone to have flexibility and a good work/life balance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating global travel
- HR responsibilities
- Manage busy diaries for the CEO mainly, and occasionally for the COO
- Help coordinate events and conferences
- Office Management – inc. office move, liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Invoicing and finance support
- Plus much more!
