We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an EA and Office Manager for a private equity backed company based in the the West End.
You will be the lynch-pin of this small office and in charge of helping to set it up the office, on-board suppliers and negotiate those contracts, implement processes and procedures including Fire and Health and Safety and deal with all general incoming admin be it post, calls etc. In addition you will support the CEO and Chairman with diary management, booking extensive travel and processing expenses.
You will need to have a good amount of admin experience but the key attribute is the ability to learn the role quickly and be proactive about managing the multiple aspects of this role. Ideally you will have had previous similar experience so that you can in some part confidently hit the ground running but it's essential to have the the right positive attitude, drive and determination to succeed and be part of an exciting venture for which you will be included and above all an excellent attention to detail and grammar.
The core hours are 9am-6pm but you will need to be flexible. In return for your hard work they are paying up to 45k with a pension and discretionary bonus.
