EA supporting HNWI
We have an exciting opportunity for an EA who is looking for a 1:1 support role working for a HNWI.
The client is a Real Estate firm based in the heart of Mayfair. They are an office of 12 employees and there is a really love family feel to the office where everyone mucks in to help each other out.
In this role you will be supporting a HNWI who is also the CEO of the firm. He is an extremely busy man who is constantly travelling. He needs someone who is extremely organised and will always be one step ahead of the him. You also need to have a resilient approach to dealing with busy, fast pace work environments and regularly challenging situations.
The role will be 50% personal and 50% business. The duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Arranging business and personal travel - commercial and private jet, visas
- Managing his extremely busy diary
- Event planning
- Managing personal high valued items such as artwork
- Ad hoc administration
We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to come in and hit the ground running. Ideally you will have worked in a similar demanding environment.
The core hours are 8:30-5:30pm and they are looking to pay up to £50k alongside a generous benefits package some of which include:
