Property Development – City

£55-65k

A successful property development firm in the City are entering an exciting new period of growth and looking for a superstar EA to support their CEO in a true right hand role.

They’ve won various awards as one of the best small companies to work for and pride themselves on their strong culture.  They operate with a flat hierarchy, a hatred of office politics and like to communicate in a transparent and direct way.  A successful candidate will have a muck in attitude and a willingness to learn – however far along your career you may be!

The role

A comprehensive right hand role, combining business and personal support.

This consists of extensive diary, meetings and travel - proactively managing and taking ownership of this.  Almost more importantly though is the ability to build relationships with other internal and external stakeholders to get results quickly.
They are looking for someone with a business savvy approach and initiative to be identifying ways to enrich relationships, using the CRM system to track contacts and identifying key reports in order to provide insight and analyses.  

On the personal side the CEO requires assistance in booking private travel and appointments, property investment portfolio admin, domestic hiring and some involvement in the smooth running of his home, NED responsibilities, tax returns, philanthropic endeavours and more.

The person

We need someone with strong attention to detail and strong writing skills combined with the confidence to propose ideas and the initiative to develop new strategies.

You must be able to anticipate requirements and stay a step ahead, someone who can be relied upon and add value – ideally with a good sense of humour!

Confidence is key - someone who will pick up the phone and get things done, alongside a muck in attitude, good emotional intelligence, initiative and a proactive approach.
