EA to Head of BD plus small team

St James’s

£50 – 60k

 

We’re working with a boutique Real Estate investment firm with a small and friendly St James’s office. They are looking for an outstanding EA to support their new Head of Business Development in addition to two to three others in the team. This is a very exciting opportunity to work with an incredibly nice, hard-working and forward-thinking team where you can build a long-standing relationship and really embed yourself in your team’s daily life, go above and beyond and add value. 

 

They are looking for someone who is smart, discreet, flexible, proactive in nature and above all is a team player. Beyond your day-to-day EA responsibilities, you will work alongside the Office Manager to meet and greet and help out where needed – a muck in mentality is essential. A natural curiosity, resourcefulness and motivated mentality will serve you well in addition to having a meticulous attention to detail and pride in your work.

 

As a newly created role you can really make a difference and create this role from scratch.

 

THE ROLE

 

We're looking for an exceptional EA to support a senior executive and two to three others. No two days will be the same in this role so you need to be able to adapt yourself and juggle all sorts whilst working with a team locally and with other global offices!

 

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

  • Acting as a gatekeeper to your Executive
  • Diary Management
  • Travel
  • Preparation of documents
  • Helping out with PowerPoint presentations and drafting correspondence
  • Fielding and directing calls as appropriate
  • Liaising with clients, partners, services providers among others
  • Processing of expenses
  • Some projects to get involved with such as organising attendance at annual industry events

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have similar experience working for an international firm.
