PA/OM - HNW London office
A newly created role supporting two HNW Middle Eastern Principals in their recently established London office.
Incredibly influential and well regarded on a global platform, high expectations are placed upon the smooth running of the logistical demands of their business dealings.
The role will include coordination of high level and often last minute private travel, requiring smooth vehicle transfers and any visa requirements.
The Principals will conduct meetings both in person from this Mayfair office and via video and tele-conferencing with guests often using the office as a base to dial in to international meetings.
Impeccable client service skills are key to welcome VIP guests as well as strong organisational skills to coordinate, track and set up a range of meetings on a day to day basis.
General office and facilities management will be required in order to put processes into place, liaising with suppliers and contractors and ensuring that the office runs smoothly, is well equipped and reflects the professionalism of the business.
We are looking for someone highly professional and corporate in style who ideally has a knowledge and understanding of Middle Eastern business practices, prides themselves on the high standards they work to and would thrive being the go to person for this new office.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate with the utmost tact, discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Excellent organisational skills including experience of VIP private travel arrangements and last minute requests
- 9.00am - 5.30pm with occasional flexibility.
- £45-55k+ dependent on experience.
