We have a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a lovely and successful US owned Private Equity firm based in Mayfair.
The client is looking for a highly proactive, flexible and efficient EA that can support a Managing Director with business and personal support. The MDs diary is exceptionally busy and will have multiple changes throughout the day, which you will have full autonomy over; he also travels extensively so experience in managing complex travel itineraries is essential.
The successful EA will be tenacious and resourceful to deliver what the MD needs, whether it is a table at a sold-out restaurant or booking a flight with only a few hours’ notice. You should be calm under pressure, possess excellent attention to detail, be resourceful and enterprising, strong organisational skills and always be one step ahead in anticipating the MDs needs. A background within the alternative investment sector is highly desirable, as well as solid experience as an EA supporting at a senior level and used to doing private work also.
