We have just taken on a fantastic Executive Assistant role working for one of the worlds most well known and prestigious Private Equity firms based in the heart of the West End.

 

This is a TTP (Temp to Perm) position so we are looking for someone who is immediately available and ready to hit the ground running.

This role is supporting an MD, a Director and two Associate Directors. It is fast-paced, due to the nature of it being based within the Deal team and will require an EA who is experienced, calm under pressure and comfortable working at pace and at a senior level. You will work with two other EAs who are both great, very collaborative and are highly regarded.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as an EA within a Private Equity or Asset Management
  • Have extensive experience booking intentional travel and putting complex itineraries together
  • Experience dealing with very busy executives that have constantly changing diaries

 

In return for your hard work you will receive up to £50k on the base + bonus and amazing benefits including a 9% non-contributory pension and private healthcare.
