We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a world renowned private equity firm based in stunning offices in London Bridge. There are around 120 employees currently based in the London office including 15 other EAs and PAs who all take great pride in working for this fantastic company! This firm is all about creating a collaborative and friendly working environment where everyone is a true team player.
This is a newly created EA role supporting the Head of Client Services and three other professionals. It is a traditional but extremely busy EA role so you must be able to think on your feet and pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting. The ideal candidate will thrive off working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and be an excellent communicator.
Some of your EA duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Organising and booking complex international travel
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Extensive diary management
- Collating Expenses
- Assisting with projects
- Managing the client CRM system
- Ad hoc administration
The ideal EA should ideally have previous experience working within an Investor Relations team and having a university degree would be highly beneficial, so that you are able to come in and really hit the ground running! Previous experience working within financial services is also highly desirable.
- Salary paying up to £48k
