We're looking for an experienced executive assistant to join a global advisory firm based in Marylebone. It's really a great company to be a part of! They work within the PR sector and have a great social and down-to-earth culture in the office.
In the role you'll be supporting the company's two Co-Founders (80%) and three Partners (20%). It's a newly created role so they're looking for a proactive and confident EA who's going to take charge of the position, smoothing processes to enable them to use their time as effectively as possible. You'll need to have great organisational skills and be able to easily pre-empt the needs of those you support, always thinking one step ahead. The ideal EA have meticulous attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations. Previous experience working in a similar role is incredibly beneficial.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage busy diaries
- Liaise with high-profile clients to arrange meetings
- Book travel
- Maintain contact database
- Process expenses
- Support front of house when needed
- Help plan office events
- Various ad-hoc tasks
- Up to £40k plus discretionary bonus (paid biannually)
