We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA. Our client is one of the largest management consultancy firms in the world, and they have fantastic offices, centrally located in St James’. They frequently top the lists for the best places to work, which is in part due to the extensive training they provide as well as an excellent benefits package. The culture of the firm is very team focused and they like pro-active and ambitious people, and there is plenty of support available for those wanting to learn a new skill or progress within the company.
Initially you will be hired as a float PA to get to grips with all parts of the business, and within six months, will be allocated two Partners to look after. The key responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Inbox and diary management
- Co-ordinating extensive and complex travel itineraries
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Once established, there will be additional opportunities available for you to develop and learn new skills across the business, such as recruitment, training new starters, and events.
The successful PA will be extremely hard-working and have proven experience supporting 1:1 or 1:2 Executives. You must have longevity within previous roles and have a strong administrative background. You will be a proactive, articulate PA and have a calm and unflappable personality.

The core hours are 9am-5:30pm.
