We have an exciting opportunity for a float PA to join a management consultancy firm based in St James'. They frequently top the lists for the best places to work, which is in part due to the extensive training they provide as well as an excellent benefits package!

Being a float PA is a fantastic way to get to know all parts of the company. Once established, there will be additional opportunities available for you to develop and learn new skills across the business.

The culture of the firm is very team focused and they like pro-active and ambitious people, and there is plenty of support available for those wanting to learn a new skill or progress within the company. 

The key responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Inbox and diary management
  • Expenses
  • Co-ordinating extensive and complex travel itineraries
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

The successful PA will be extremely hard-working and have proven experience supporting 1:1 or 1:2 Executives. You must have longevity within previous roles and have a strong administrative background. You will be a proactive, articulate PA and have a calm and unflappable personality.

In return for your hard work you will receive a fantastic salary up to 45k and an excellent benefits package which include free daily breakfast and lunch, medical and dental insurance and discretionary annual bonus.

The core hours are 9am - 5:30pm.
