We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join a leading asset management firm. They have around 1500 employees globally and 50 employees based in their amazing Mayfair offices in London.

This is a busy role where you will be co-ordinating the day to day functions across the office. The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with compiling presentation materials
- Printing and binding
- Managing the day to day facilities, helpdesk requests, arranging vendors
- Ad-hoc projects
To be successful in this role you must have excellent time management and job prioritisation skills. You will be communicating across a range of stakeholders, so they are looking for someone who is a team player with excellent communication and office skills.
They are willing to pay up to £40k depending on experience alongside a fantastic benefits package. Some of which include:
