Float Executive Assistant + Office Coordinator
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to take the next step in your career by joining a well-known private equity firm based in The City? Look no further, we’ve just taken on an incredible Float Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator role! This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a really exciting company that values hard work and prides itself on its non-hierarchical, fast paced, “hands-on” culture. The company has c.50 employees and whilst they are incredibly hard working, they are well rewarded and celebrate success together.
In this role you’d be providing support to primarily the busy Deal Teams but as it is a float position, you may also be required to provide support to other parts of the business including the CEO. It will be very demanding and will require outstanding planning and organisational skills. The EA duties will be traditional and will require the ability to manage multiple inboxes, book complex travel and process expenses. There will also be some office co-ordination to get involved with which will include vendor and contract management, ensuring health and safety standards are met and light facilities.
We’re looking for an experienced EA who’s not afraid to get stuck in. Due to the heavy diary management, you’ll need to be an organisational whizz with a keen eye for detail. There’s plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility and be proactive, so if you’re really hard working, we want to hear from you! Previous experience in a team EA role within financial services is essential. From a style perspective, this role would suit somebody understated with lots of humility and a friendly disposition, able to build positive relationships at all levels.
For the right person, my client will pay up to £55K + annual discretionary bonus and other typical company benefits. The contracted core hours are 9am - 5pm, but flexibility around this is paramount!
