French-speaking Executive Assistant
Mayfair
£45k - £50k

We’ve just taken on a really exciting opportunity for a French Speaking EA to join a fantastic asset management firm in Mayfair. Their culture rests on collaboration, hard work and a muck-in approach, where no task is too big or too small!

THE ROLE

In this role you will be supporting a Principal on a 1:1 basis, with ad-hoc support on a lighter touch to the wider team. There’s scope for you to make this role your own and for you to become an integral part of the team and business as a whole. The main elements of the role will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Managing the Principal’s busy diary

• Coordinating extensive, worldwide travel

• Compiling expenses and filing

• Ad-hoc projects

To be successful in this role you must have excellent time management and job prioritisation skills. This is fantastic company to work for; it’s fast paced, professional, extremely friendly and you will be communicating across a range of stakeholders, so they are looking for someone who is a team player with excellent communication and office skills. And lastly, you’ll need to be able to speak fluent French and English!
