Our client, a hugely successful private equity firm based in St James's, is looking for an experienced, dedicated and reliable Front of House manager to come in and take the lead on established reception desk. They are looking for someone who really takes pride in their job and who wants to contribute to the company’s success. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service as you will be the face of the company along with 2 receptionists. You must have proven experience managing people on a busy reception desk where high standards and attention to detail are essential. The chosen candidate will be liaising with contractors and clients on a daily basis so diplomacy and the ability to maintain and build relationships are integral.
- Management of the shift Rota
- Monitor the team’s performance
- Monthly statistical reporting and analysis
- Meeting and greeting guests and stakeholders
- Managing the meeting room diary
- Managing on site security operations
- Monthly reports on Front of House & Facilities statistics

The core working hours will be 8:30am – 5:30pm. The chosen candidate will then be on call between 7pm – 9pm via mobile to provide authorization for any urgent facilities inquiry’s.
