Team PA / Receptionist

If you’ve got great admin experience, have experience managing diaries, and also have a great attitude, then this role’s for you! We’ve just taken on a really exciting Team PA / Receptionist role at an incredibly unique private equity firm in Chelsea. They are currently 42 people strong, and exude a great buzzy and sociable culture. In addition to priding themselves on their team diversity, non-hierarchal and collaborative environment, they also pride themselves on their investments, which are focussed primarily within Africa.
This is a Team PA/ Receptionist role supporting six executives. It’s a very busy hybrid role, where you’ll be based front of house within an open plan office and so will still be within the mix and buzz of it all. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Managing two meeting rooms
- Taking delivery of food orders weekly
- Ordering stationary and other ad-hoc office tasks
- Organising travel, mainly to Africa
- Managing diaries
- Processing expenses
- Other ad-hoc support where required
The ideal Team PA / Receptionist will have experience doing elements of this role, including experience managing diaries and on reception. However, they are more focussed on attitude and fit above everything else. They’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a flexible personality and who’s a friendly team player.
This role is perfect for someone who is quite junior, who is ready to take a step up to being a PA within private equity.
