We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR administrator to join a highly regarded financial services firm based close to Liverpool Street Station. They're an American owned company with offices globally and have been voted as one of the top places to work, due to their fantastic culture.

You'll be working as part of an HR team of 6, so great teamwork skills are vital. Our client is looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running. Ideally you’ll have a background in HR but most importantly you must have meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and take on anything that is thrown your way. If you're successful in this role you'll also have the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team!


Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR record keeping
  • Diary management for the HR team
  • Minute taking
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Inductions and offer packs
