HR & Recruitment Assistant
We have a great opportunity for a candidate who has a real interest in working in human resources and administration to join an amazing and top private equity firm based in Mayfair. This is a really varied role and you will get the chance to get involved in all aspects of the HR and recruitment processes!
Our client is looking for a professional candidate who can work in a busy and fast-paced environment. They need to be able to multitask and prioritise, and possess excellent communication skills to be able to interact with all levels of seniority. A confident and can-do attitude, and excellent attention to detail are also a must. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- HR administration (e.g. references, employee queries, invoicing etc.)
- On-boarding of new joiners
- Managing the recruitment process
- Training coordination
- Maintaining databases
- Ad-hoc diary and travel management
- UP to £25k plus bonus
