We have ambitious growth plans and to help with this we need an Internal Recruitment Manager, on an initial 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will be pivotal in identifying, nurturing and hiring future superstar Jossies. Our Internal Recruitment Manager will be the first point of contact for prospective new Jossies candidates, therefore it’s key that they have a positive, engaging experience that aligns with our values and culture.

Role responsibilities

The Internal Recruitment Manager will have plenty of responsibility and will need to be super motivated, be able to work independently as well as closely with the senior leadership team. They will be a keen problem solver who is prepared to think creatively to find top-quality candidates from multiple sources and backgrounds to ensure we honour our diversity commitments. Below is a brief summary of the main responsibilities:

• Proactive candidate sourcing, predominantly Candidate Managers & Consultants, through a combination of LinkedIn/social media, job boards, referrals as well as managing any agency relationships; we’d also welcome recommendations of new ways to source candidates
• Although there will be some short terms hiring wins, we’re also conscious that this will be a medium/long term process, so it’s important that the talent pool is nurtured and cultivated through regular contact
• Initial screening of candidates via Zoom or face to face and making recommendations for process progression based on ability, potential, and values/culture fit
• Organising and managing 2nd and 3rd round interviews with team leaders and wider team
• Organising and managing onboarding schedules for successful candidates who join the team
• Tracking and measuring the success of candidate sources and setting up an applicant tracking system to ensure we have robust processes ongoing

Skillset Required

• Great communication skills – ability to build rapport
• Embody the Jossie values and culture and be able to express this when screening candidates
• Passionate about helping us build a diverse team
• A strong work ethic and someone who can take ownership of their work whilst
demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
• Be curious and creative
• Be excited about setting up new processes and systems
