Joss Search is a boutique executive support recruitment consultancy, with over 11 years’ experience in placing PAs, EAs and support staff in the private equity and alternative investment sector. Our head office is next to Green Park station with offices recently opened in New York and Germany.

To help support our ongoing growth and to continue our mission of championing hidden heroes, we’re looking for a full time Marketing Manager to join our team! This is a vital role within the business which requires someone who is creative whilst also being super commercial, to ensure marketing translates to sales.

Our business and marketing efforts are centered around the Jossie community – candidates, clients & the team – all of which hold equal importance but are prioritised based on the business requirements. We primarily engage with these personas digitally therefore it’s important that you’re tech savvy and have experience in delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.

The role

It’s a wide-ranging role with lots of scope to develop and with exposure in multiple areas. However, in summary there are three primary elements:

  1. Design and own our marketing strategy.
  2. Be at the forefront of our creating and executing top quality thought -led content & marketing campaigns.
  3. Be data & insight driven, predominantly using our HubSpot CRM, to understand how we can better engage our community, improve our campaign ROIs & maximise sales.

We would want you to own and take the lead on creating engaging, entertaining and educational content for our: Our Clients, Our Candidates and The Jossies
