We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for a PA to work within the marketing team to join one of the world’s leading private equity firms, based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair.
In this role you will be supporting a team of four ranging from MD level to Associate. The duties will include managing complex diary and travel arrangements, preparing or editing marketing collateral, website content, being the driving force behind team meetings and much more - a great opportunity.

You should have experience supporting multiple people, have worked ideally in a similarly fast paced environment, such as alternative investment or professional services. You should be confident, calm under pressure and be able to hit the ground running. Experience booking regular and complex international travel is essential.
