Asset Management Firm



A global asset management firm with modern offices in central Frankfurt is seeking an Office Assistant to work closely with the Office Manager to provide a professional office environment for circa 70 employees.  This office is open plan, very collaborative and growing!  The office manager needs an Assistant who can support with operational efficiency, collaboration, and teamwork.  This is an all-encompassing administrative role.  You will also support a small finance team as a Team Assistant.  All staff speak German & English to a professional level, and this is essential for this role! 



My client is an international asset management firm with an ever-growing office in central Frankfurt, with further plans to expand - this is an exciting time to join the company!  This firm has an open-plan culture in a prime location in Frankfurt, with regular sociable events, a strong sense of team and clear diversity policy.  Career progression is actively supported and encouraged. 





  • Liaising with internal and external service providers
  • Management of mobile phones and leasing cars
  • Processing travel expenses
  • Acting as the Sustainability Representative
  • Maintaining filing systems (physical and virtual data)
  • Team assistant duties for a Finance team
  • Helping members of the Administrative Assistant team when needed
  • Holiday-cover for the office manager
  • Diary Management – making travel arrangements with complex itineraries in liaison with other global offices
  • Document management (signatures, printing, binding)
  • Further administrative tasks when needed on an ad-hoc basis  
  • Occasional event organisation




This is a role for a very helpful, service-oriented individual that enjoys facilitating the smooth running of a busy office and isn’t afraid to take on any task, large or small, to ensure this modern office is always fully functional and fully stocked. 

You must have:


  • Some experience as a team assistant or office assistant, preferably in an international firm
  • Professional German and English language skills
  • Service-oriented and self-organized
  • Able to build professional relationships
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple requests
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Adhere to the company’s values
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note)
