We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our client, a fantastic alternative investment firm, in their beautiful offices in Luxembourg.

The role

This is a newly created position and you will be the sole support for an office of up to nine professionals who work within the Legal and Finance teams. 

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing admin support to the team 
  • Answering phones, greeting guests
  • Arranging travel
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
  • Onboarding on new hires
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

The company

Our client is one of the top ten globally ranked alternative investment firms in the world. They have offices all over the world and this role is based in their Luxembourg office which is just ten minutes walk from the central train station connecting you all round the city.

Joss Search has worked with the client’s London office for the past six years and we have placed many of their support staff, so we know them really well, and the type of candidate which they are looking for.

The candidate

The ideal candidate must be degree educated or equivalent. Proven and extensive experience of working in a similar role is essential. As you are the sole support in the office it is essential that you have an exceptional work ethic, be a self starter and comfortable working under pressure. You must also have knowledge of secretarial, office administration procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment. They are looking for someone who is team oriented and a collaberative attitude is a must! Being fluent French is advantageous but not essential.
