We're looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic and hardworking Office Manager to join a new client of ours; a Private Equity firm based in the West End! It’s a boutique size but they're at an exciting stage of expansion and will be adding to the team throughout the year. The team are intelligent, down to earth and very friendly and they pride themselves on their non-hierarchical structure. They're based in Mayfair and have been been growing rapidly over the last few years, so it's a great time to join this forward-thinking company.
We're looking for a warm and friendly Office Manger who's really going to make all employees feel at home in their London office. You'll be their first Office Manager so they're looking for someone highly experienced who can come in and carve the role out for themselves and implement new processes and systems. It will be an extremely meaty role where you'll work closely with the COO.
Some of your key responsibilities as Office Manager will include:
- Day-to-day management of office (e.g. H&S, security, kitchen supplies, AV equipment etc.)
- Co-ordinate an upcoming office move
- Managing the small team of EA’s
- ESG Lead
- HR duties
- Vendor management on external contracts
- Co-ordinating with their New York office
- Ad-hoc office and operational tasks as required
To be selected in this role you need to have several years working as an Office Manager in a similar industry.
- Up to £80k plus discretionary bonus
