We have just taken on an exciting new Office Manager/PA hybrid in a lovely boutique Private Equity firm in Mayfair. It’s a small office with a great friendly atmosphere who take care of their team.
Your sole responsibility will be Office Management and maintaining a pleasant working environment including but not limited to first point of contact for IT issues, liaising with suppliers, dealing with expenses, collating and producing reports and inductions for new starters. It requires an individual who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions.
PA duties will include supporting four investment professionals as well as ad-hoc support to the CFO. You will be happy to manage diary and travel, being a face for the office greeting visitors and answering the switchboard. This role will suit a flexible candidate who likes being a team player as you will be working closely with one other PA.
The core hours are from 8:30am - 5:30pm. Our client is paying up to 40k depending on experience. They also have a fantastic benefits package to match which includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays , Statutory pension, healthcare, annual discretionary bonus.
