TEAM ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER

Our client is looking for a Team Assistant and Office Manager to join their close-knit, sociable team on a remote basis. They are a Financial PR company with around 20 employees, and are now a 100% virtual organisation following Covid - however this could change in the future.
This is a hybrid role where the new Office Assistant would be working from home five days a week, with occasional travel into London. Day to day you will support the CEO, CFO and COO with admin - diary, travel, preparation for meetings, in addition to being the Office Manager. You’d be the go to for everyone in the company relating to non EA support. As well as supporting the COO and CFO for business matters, you’d be supporting the CEO for both business and possibly some personal matters so it’s imperative you are discreet and confidential. They’re all really nice but with high expectations and very different personalities, so you’d need to be a hard worker, efficient, have an immaculate attention to detail, and be able to get on with different people.
Responsibilities would include, but won’t be limited to:
· Diary management
· Booking travel
· Holiday tracking
· Coordinating end of year appraisals
· Helping to roll out any new HR policies
· Getting involved with projects, which could include events, marketing and rebranding amongst other tasks
9am - 6pm
