We have just taken on a fantastic new role working for a prestigious global investment firm based in St James's. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator/Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

THE ROLE

In the role you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the travel programme, corporate payment card programme, business continuity, departmental reporting and other Office Operations related administration. The company is looking to move offices in 2021 and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to get stuck in with many aspects of the move and be fully immersed in the process. It’s a really hands-on and exciting role!

To be effective in this role, you will need to form strong working relationships and partnerships with others, be a self-starter and be able to lead of your own initiative. You must also have experience supervising a corporate travel program and be a professional communicator. Experience managing a team is advantageous but not a necessity.
