Operations Assistant (6 months FTC)

We're looking for a bright and ambitious Operations Assistant to join a well-known private equity firm based in Mayfair. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or Office Manager to take on an incredibly meaty and varied role where you'll be working on anything from HR to marketing. There's around 15 in their London office and while they work incredibly hard they maintain a very down-to-earth culture.
Some of your responsibilities as Operations Assistant will include:
- Working with external agencies on rebranding
- Launching a new website
- Arranging an AGM
- Organising events
- Reviewing operational processes
We can't stress how fantastic this learning opportunity is - you'll be shadowing the General Services Manager in all aspect of their role so our client is looking for someone who can grasp new concepts quickly and is ready to take up any new challenge. We're looking for someone who is detail oriented and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at once. You'll need to have exceptional communication skills and be confident to handle difficult situations and use your problem solving ability. A great attitude and willingness to learn is key to be successful in this role.
This role will ideally suit someone who has worked as PA or Office Manager and who is looking to take the next step in their career.
- Up to £50k (pro rata) plus discretionary bonus
- There is a high probability that this role will become permanent for the right person
