We've just taken on a really exciting PA opportunity at a global private equity firm based in Marylebone. There's around 100 in their London office and the team at the firm are amazing! They have a low staff turnover due to their great workplace culture. The current PA in the role has been in the company for 11 years which is definitely a testament to this.
As PA you'll be supporting a really friendly team, made up of three Executives who are all really lovely so they're looking for someone who's down-to-earth and collaborative who'll fit in well. The team focus on sustainable development globally, so they're looking for a PA who has extensive experience arranging global travel. They're looking for a PA who's ready to come in and hit the ground running. Exceptional organisational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meticulous attention to detail are a must. To be successful in this role you'll ideally have experience working in a similar role and industry.
Your responsibilities as PA, just to name a few include:
- Arranging complex and ever-changing global travel
- Managing very busy diaries
- Expense processing
- Acting as gate keeper for the team you support
- Various ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Up to £50k dependant on experience
