We're looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic and hardworking PA to join a well-known client of ours. This is the perfect role for a PA who loves a sociable and buzzy culture! We've placed a lot of assistants here and the low staff turnover speaks volumes about how much they enjoy the culture and working there.
The role is working with a well-known client of ours in the private equity industry. They're based in the middle of Mayfair with around 50 in their London office. They've been growing steadily over the last few years, so it's a great time to join this forward-thinking company.
As PA you'll be supporting a team of four in a busy and fast-paced role, plus some lighter support to the Marketing team of one. This is a really interesting opportunity as there's lots of scope to get involved in events and marketing. It's also a newly created position meaning you can really get creative and make your mark in the position.
Some of your key responsibilities as PA will include (just to name a few):
- Lots of scheduling and managing busy diaries
- Acting as gatekeeper
- Liaising with clients
- Travel arrangements (but nothing too crazy)
- Document preparation
- Event organisations (dinners, client events etc.)
- Various ad-hoc administrative tasks
The company prides themselves on their exceptionally high standards so they're looking for a PA who is equally driven. The ideal PA will have naturally high attention to detail and approach all their interactions with professionalism and maturity. Experience working within both finance and marketing previously is extremely advantageous to be successful in this role.
- Up to £48k plus discretionary bonus

- Core hours are 9am - 5.30pm
