Executive Assistant - 12 Month FTC Maternity Contract
Our client, a world renowned private equity firm, is looking to hire a fantastic Executive Assistant to complete a one year maternity contract, which will start in January of next year. The client is based in stunning offices in the City and what we love most about them is the collaborative and friendly working environment which they have created, all Executive Assistants are truly valued!
This is a really busy role working alongside senior members of the Portfolio and Operations Team, so the role will be varied. You must be able to think on your feet and pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting. The ideal Executive Assistant will thrive off working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and be an excellent communicator.
Your duties as an Executive Assistant will include but not be limited to:
· Organising and booking complex international travel
· Scheduling internal and external meetings
· Extensive diary management
· Collating Expenses
· Assisting with projects
· Ad hoc administration
Previous experience working within financial services or professional services is highly desirable so that you can come in and really hit the ground running. A degree level education is also highly desirable.
· Salary paying up to £49k
· 30 days holiday + bank holidays
· Hours are 9am – 5pm
