Executive Assistant

The Company

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a top Private Equity firm, located in Mayfair, who have a phenomenal reputation. They have been established for decades and have multiple offices located all around the globe. The company has a real family feel with around 60 people and a handful of assistants. The culture here is extremely collaborative and friendly. They are a very social bunch and they tend to hire people who are proactive, down to earth and true team players. They love people who show a genuine interest in the role and the company and who strive to gain a fuller understanding of what the business does and what it takes to make them successful.

The Role

This is an Executive Assistant position primarily supporting five investment professionals. This role will initially start out as a traditional position, but will have scope to expand upon the duties as time progresses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Complex travel arrangements
  • Expenses
  • Project work (further down the line)

The Candidate

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within the financial services industry (ideally Private Equity or M&A)
  • Someone who can work at pace
  • Good communicator, resilient and empathetic
  • Degree preferable

The Details

Competitive salary + annual discretionary bonus and full benefits package. Core hours 9 – 6pm
