We’ve just taken on a fantastic new role for a PA to join small yet well-established family office in Marylebone.
This is an extremely busy PA role which will involve both business and personal support to two HNWIs. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Diary management
- Arranging extensive travel and compiling itineraries
- Inbox management
- Scheduling and managing personal appointments
They’re looking for someone who has a muck in attitude who’s willing to get stuck in and get the job done. To be successful in this role you must have excellent time management and job prioritisation skills. This is fantastic company to work for, it’s fast paced, professional, extremely friendly and you will be communicating across a range of stakeholders, so they are looking for someone who is a team player with excellent communication and office skills.
