We have a fantastic opportunity for a PA to work for one of the world’s leading private equity firms. The office has around 150 in total in great offices in central Mayfair.
The PA role will be supporting a team of professionals where your duties will be organising diaries, international travel and fielding incoming calls as well as helping with document production, presentations and anything else that will help your team to make their lives run smoothly.
The ideal PA will have an exceptional work ethic, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Knowledge of the financial services is advantageous however a fast learner and solutions-driven candidate is equally advantageous.
The core hours are 8:30am-6pm and in return for your hard work they will offer up to £33k depending on experience) plus excellent benefits which include: free lunch every day, private medical and dental insurance, 25 days holiday, pension and much more as well as an annual discretionary bonus.
