Where you will be working ...
Our client is a prestigious, forward-thinking mid – sized alternative investment firm, based in fab offices in Victoria. They are a long-standing client of ours, so we can vouch for the positive work environment they promote. Currently there are around 20 PAs at this company, so you will have a very collaborative and dynamic peer group to work with and team work is really important to them. They are looking for a positive, pro-active and experienced PA to join their team and support one of the senior Level Executives and two others.
What you will be doing ...
80% of your time will be supporting the Senior Level Executive who travels frequently and heads up the investment management committee. He will require a lot of support managing his diary, collating documents and presentations and scheduling in complex international travel. The other two professionals will require light touch support. In order to be considered for this role, the successful PA must have extensive experience booking international travel and ideally will have knowledge of travel to Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
This role is perfect for a senior level PA who is used to supporting at C-Suite level who has meticulous diary management skills, with excellent attention to detail. You should be calm and composed under pressure and should take pride in making sure that the professionals life runs smoothly.
