We have just taken on a fantastic PA role with one of our nicest clients. It’s a traditional PA role, but quite varied and eclectic working across two teams. The company itself is a very successful private equity firm with about 150 people in London and an extremely low turnover in staff.
Our client is looking for a PA who would like to be thrown into a mix of challenging tasks starting with the diary and travel arrangement, through to the expenses, printing and scanning documents, and any other ad-hoc support required. You will need to be a highly organised PA and have the excellent prioritisation skills. The successful PA will be supporting a team of four with the majority of the support focused on the Managing Partner and Managing Director.
The core hours are from 8.45 to 6pm and our client is paying up to £50k depending on experience. They also have a fantastic benefits package of 25 days holiday, dental cover, travel insurance, season ticket loan, pension scheme, lunch and an annual offsite for the PA’s.
