We have just taken on a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious PA to join one of the leading private equity firms in the world. They are based in modern offices in the heart of St James' with over 120 employees in the London office and a close knit, friendly and sociable group of PAs. They are looking for a PA to support up to four professionals, with varying levels of seniority. You will be working alongside one other PA in the team so you need to be the type of person who loves working at pace and also working collaboratively. You should be able to think on your feet and pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting, as the team have very busy with demanding schedules. The ideal PA will thrive off working in a fast-paced position, have strong attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and will be intellectually curious and will want to know more about the deals the team are working on.
as PA some of your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
- Arranging complex international travel across multiple time zones
- Diary Management
- Processing expenses
- Organising department events such as summer or Christmas socials
- Putting together reports and PowerPoint presentations
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate previous roles where you have supported multiple people in a similar, fast paced industry.
