Our client is a prestigious, forward-thinking development financial institution. A long-standing client of ours, we can vouch for the positive work environment they promote. An exciting opportunity has arisen, and they are now hiring for a PA! There is a team of about 300 employees in London, but contrary to its size it’s a collaborative and collegiate working environment with a lovely feel.
The PA will support a team of around 6 professionals, including a Director of the team. You must have extensive experience in booking international travel, with the ability to compile complex itineraries. If the successful PA has experience booking international travel and arranging visas to Western Africa and South East Asia this would be an advantage. You must also be comfortable supporting a team and have meticulous diary management skills, including arranging internal and external meeting across multiple time zones.
The PA must be confident, proactive, have great attention to detail but above all must be a team player!
